A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Hearing Aid Dealers to promulgate a legislative rule relating to rules governing the West Virginia Board of Hearing Aid Dealers.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 9. Authorization for MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Board of Hearing Aid Dealers.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 26, 2017, authorized under the authority of §30-26-3 of this code, relating to the Board of Hearing Aid Dealers (rules governing the West Virginia Board of Hearing Aid Dealers, 8 CSR 1), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the board of Hearing Aid Dealers to promulgate a legislative rule relating to rules governing the West Virginia Board of Hearing Aid Dealers.
